Detail posisi

The SAP SuccessFactors (PMO) position involves leading complex software implementation projects, managing project plans, budgets, and resources, and ensuring project progress and client satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Lead larger scale, complex SAP HCM and SuccessFactors software implementation projects for customers.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customer projects.
• Create and manage the project plan.
• Manage the resourcing, staffing, and budget for customer projects.
• Monitor and identify any project issues early-on to mitigate any risk for the client.
• Align schedules between company and customer.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management processes and tools.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or using SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCM or similar HRIS software.
• 5+ years previous experience in professional services or consulting industry.
• 5+ years previous experience managing projects involving integrations, data migration, or complex technical landscapes.
