Our Client is an upscale-casual Asian restaurant located in the vibrant neighborhood of Seminyak, Bali. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join the team. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Kewajiban

1. Sales and Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers, promoting menu offerings, and upselling to maximize revenue.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to guests, creating a welcoming and personalized dining experience. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
3. Menu Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of NOAA's menu offerings, including our unique fusion of Asian flavors. Effectively communicate menu details, specials, and recommendations to customers.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to drive additional revenue streams.
5. Team Leadership: Lead by example and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional performance. Provide training and guidance to junior associates, ensuring a consistent sales approach and excellent customer service.
6. Sales Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide regular reports to management. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
7. Events and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events, promotions, and special campaigns. Actively participate in marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize market insights to develop innovative sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.

Kualifikasi

1. Previous experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is required.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
4. Strong leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and motivating a sales team.
5. In-depth knowledge of Asian cuisine and a passion for food and dining.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in using sales and CRM software for tracking sales performance and customer data.
8. Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills, especially Indonesian, would be advantageous.
9. Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
