Kewajiban
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets in the hospitality industry
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the hospitality sector
• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies to expand market share
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management on performance and progress towards goals
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to sales team members
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads

Kualifikasi
