Our customer is a prominent food processing company located in Thailand. They excel in managing bulk materials, precise weighing and feeding, separation and screening, as well as advanced automation and control systems. This company is based in Germany and operates globally with offices, factories, and service centers to serve clients effectively.
Kewajiban
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform application engineering for both new equipment and aftermarkets based on customer specifications
• Escalate process risk matters to Sales team/Management for further decisions
• Complete equipment selection calculations and define scope of work for proposals
• Prepare technical content for tender quotations in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure designs meet client specifications and requirements for optimal product solution
• Support Sales team with technical aspects of the sales process
• Gather input from external stakeholders when necessary
• Review drawings, diagrams, and data sheets for Sales Engineer
• Provide technical support to procurement and vendors
• Travel to sites for tender submissions and project acquisition support
Kualifikasi
• Degree qualified in Engineering, with a preference in (Mechanical or Mechatronics).
• At least 3 years relevant experience with similar products into similar markets.
• Proven ability to form strong relationships with key customers and vendors
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales application engineering
• Familiar with complex tendering processes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer specifications into successful technical applications of equipment and systems.
• Self-motivated team player
• Strong technical ability and understanding of mechanical, electrical and controls
• systems
• Experience in Bulk Material Handling industry would be an advantage
• Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal), especially in English
• Strong business acumen and proven record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action plan and achievement of goals.
• Must have skills in MS Word, Excel, CAD packages such Auto CAD and Inventor and Adobe
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Must be able to manage priorities and own workload without close supervision
• Flexibility to work within an organization with evolving processes
