The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction projects within the company. They will be reporting directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Kewajiban
• Oversee and manage all construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage and supervise construction teams, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Procure and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor and control project costs, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications.
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
