The Contracts & Estimating Manager by Huneety is responsible for overseeing all contract management and estimation activities within the company. This includes negotiating and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing accurate cost estimates for projects. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement contract management strategies and procedures.
• Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate and competitive bids and estimates for projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project cost estimates.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine resource needs and cost estimates.
• Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Manage contract changes and variations, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Conduct regular contract performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management and estimating within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools to accurately assess project costs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts and collaborate with stakeholders.
