The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the company's site. They will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The Site Manager will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to achieve operational goals and targets.

• Oversee and manage all activities at the site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives for the site.
• Monitor and control site budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure financial targets are met.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies at the site.
• Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety, security, or maintenance issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for goods and services required at the site.
• Prepare and present reports on site performance, including key metrics and progress towards goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements and innovations as appropriate.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a site manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
