The Logistics Manager is a key member of the team responsible for providing world-class logistical support to our organization. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the logistics department, developing and implementing effective logistics strategies, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods and services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Kewajiban
1. Develop and maintain efficient logistics processes and procedures.
2. Monitor inventory levels and facilitate replenishment as necessary.
3. Supervise and manage logistics staff.
4. Analyze and optimize logistics operations.
5. Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
6. Design, implement and manage logistics systems.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and freight forwarders.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
10. Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 5 years' experience in a logistics role
• Excellent knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
