The Assistant Director of Rooms at Grand Hyatt Bali is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Kewajiban
• Ensures that the Rooms activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
• Ensures that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Ensures that the individual department of Rooms Division operates with the lowest possible cost structure while also delivering on the brand promise to the guest, proactively managing costs based on key performance indicators.
• Implements and ensure consistent guest recognition programmes and maintains a relevant guest history database.
• Oversees the Rooms experience from check-in to check-out for all guests, working through each Head of Department to ensure a seamlessly perfect guest experience and make adjustments where necessary.
Kualifikasi
The Assistant Director of Rooms should have a strong background and experience in rooms’ management, good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a great leadership.
• Ability to work directly with and in the absence of the Director of Rooms.
• Knowledge of Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division.
• Ability to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
