The Chef De Partie (CDP) Banquet is responsible for supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen.
Kewajiban
• Support the Head and Sous Chef in delivering consistently high-quality food
• Handle the front of the kitchen
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation
• Keep up to date with new products, recipes, and preparation techniques
Kualifikasi
• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or relevant role
• Knowledge of best practices for kitchen management
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus
