Kewajiban

• Ensures implementation of company minimum brand standards and optional brand standards where appropriate.
• Handles and distributes guests' emails, messages, mail, faxes, and parcels promptly.
• Attends to all guest requests and requirements promptly and correctly.
• Provides speedy, accurate, and efficient telephone and message service at all times.
• Coordinates communication between departments to ensure smooth interactions.
• Assists in implementing Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20.

• Ability to work in a supportive and flexible manner with other personnel.
• Attention to detail in entering guest details accurately.
