The Concierge Team Leader at Park Hyatt Jakarta ensures the implementation of brand standards, handles guest requests promptly, and coordinates communication between departments.

Kewajiban

• Ensures implementation of company minimum brand standards and optional brand standards where appropriate.
• Handles guests' emails, messages, mail, faxes, and parcels promptly.
• Attends to all guest requests and requirements promptly and correctly.
• Provides speedy, accurate, and efficient telephone and message service.
• Coordinates communication between departments for smooth interactions.
• Assists in implementing Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20.

Kualifikasi

• Ability to work in a supportive and flexible manner with other team leaders and departments.
• Attention to detail in entering guest details accurately.
• Flexibility in job function and willingness to perform other assigned duties.
• Understanding of the principles of clean data.
• Willingness to be redeployed to other departments/areas as needed.
