Management Trainee position for fresh graduates or experienced individuals in manufacturing industry, based in DI.Yogyakarta.

Kewajiban

• Complete various tasks and assist in daily departmental work.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and other important classes.
• Learn from the experiences of colleagues.
• Absorb knowledge and information about company regulations, work processes, and applicable SOPs.
• Listen carefully to feedback from managers, supervisors, and other seniors.
• Fulfill all requirements and participate in all meetings held during training.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates or experienced in manufacturing production (Garment, Packaging, Printing, Handycraft, Agriculture, F&B).
• Graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• High motivation, leadership skills, teamwork ability, willingness to learn and develop, adaptability, loyalty, and ability to work under pressure.
• Placement in DI.Yogyakarta.
