Unit Manager position requiring diploma degree in food production or extensive experience in catering management, with strong communication and planning skills.

Kewajiban

• Manage catering and housekeeping establishment
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines
• Maintain inventory and stock controls
• Demonstrate tactful and diplomatic communication skills
• Provide excellent communication skills
• Plan and coordinate daily operations

Kualifikasi

• Diploma degree in food production or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience as a manager in Hotel and Catering Management
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety guidelines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong inventory/stock controls and planning skills
