Staff IT position responsible for ensuring proper functioning of computer systems and providing support for hardware and software.
Kewajiban
• Ensure the computer used by the user can function/run properly
• Install, maintain and provide daily support for both hardware and software
• Make sure the computer used by the user is connected to the network
• Responsible for support machines such as printers, scanners, telephones etc
• Problem shooting if there is a problem with the computer hardware and software
• Responsible for computer assets
Kualifikasi
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Science
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Understand network system
• Understand about hardware, software and server
