The Quality Assurance Good Manufacturing Practice Validation (QA GMP Validation) position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry.
Kewajiban
• Write, review, and approve validation master plans, validation plans, SOP’s and other validation documentation
• Prepare validation plan/protocols for production processes such as process validation, cleaning validation, filtration validation, etc
• Ensure compliance of product and process transfers including validation from and/or to other manufacturing sites
• Support implementation and quality oversight related to the overall compliance of the facility, equipment, and manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
• Have a Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Industrial Chemical Engineering is preferable
• A minimum of 3 years as a QA Spv/ Production Spv/ Continuous Improvement (CI) Spv, preferably in FMCG company
• Comprehensive knowledge of Cleaning and Disinfection/ Sterilization
• Have a basic knowledge related to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Quality Validation Verification, and Pest Management
• Profound knowledge of product, production technology, and production process
