Detail posisi

The Casework Coordinator oversees all functions of the RSC Casework Department in Thailand and the Asia region, excluding Malaysia.

Kewajiban

• Ensure all refugee case processing functions adhere to policies and guidelines • Train Casework staff on data entry and file maintenance • Develop and adapt processing pipelines and plans • Provide guidance on processing criteria and policies • Review and update standard operating procedures quarterly • Maintain quality control checks for data entry

Kualifikasi

• US Citizenship preferred • Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred • Minimum three years of work experience in social service or humanitarian assistance programs • Minimum two years management experience with a multi-cultural staff • Fluency in English, knowledge of a refugee language helpful
