The Facility Engineer will be responsible for managing coordination for repair and maintenance in several clients branch, maintaining good communication with branch PICs, updating facility data, coordinating with other team members, inputting work orders correctly, and coordinating with vendors.
Kewajiban
• Managing coordination for repair and maintenance in several clients branch
• Maintain good communication and engagement with the PIC of each branch in supporting to facility works in their area
• Ensure all facility data is well maintained and update accordingly
• Maintain activity budget
• Closely coordinate with Facility Manager, Facility Coordinator and Chief Engineer to discuss and solving problem
• Maintain and coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance activity
Kualifikasi
The Facility Engineer should have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in facility management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of Corigo system is a plus
