Regional Manager position for JABODETABEK area

Kewajiban

• Responsible for all operational activities in outlets in JABODETABEK area
• Achieve sales targets for each outlet
• Manage, supervise, and develop team performance optimally
• Ensure product quality and service excellence
• Control inventory in each outlet
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Kualifikasi

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience as Regional/Operational Manager in the restaurant industry
• Experienced in handling restaurant operations (sales, maintenance, HR, etc.)
• Leadership, Strategic Planning, Target Oriented, & Problem Solver
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
