Kewajiban

• Provide excellent customer service to guests • Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently • Assist in the check-in and check-out process • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk area • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations • Uphold the hotel's standards and policies

Kualifikasi

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
