The SMT Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing the SMT process and optimizing process parameters.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for SMT process from PCB Laser Marking, Screen Printer, SPI, Part Placement, Reflow Soldering and AOI.
• Design and optimize process parameter for all SMT processes.
• Create SMT placement program.
• Design tooling / fixture e.g. Stencil, SMT pallet, etc.
• Support SMT process for Prototype, NPI and mass production.
• Develop, improve and optimize process with using Six Sigma tools e.g. DOE or other statistical techniques.
• Improve SMT yield, SMT Output and resolve quality issues.
• Provide technical expertise to support product design for manufacturing (DFM).
• Create manufacturing documents and product qualification & validation documents.
• Lead productivity improvement project e.g. Lean Six Sigma Project, Kaizen, etc.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in SMT process with hands on SMT machines e.g. Screen Printer, SPI, Reflow and AOI.
• Capable to create SMT placement program of Fuji and ASM Siplace (Siemens) are an advantage.
• Lean Six-Sigma knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO13485 is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Good team player and team leader.
• Good Attitude is important.
