Looking for a Culture & Engagement Assistant Manager to develop and implement engaging culture programs and strategies.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement engaging culture programs to enhance the employee experience.
• Address employee concerns and identify opportunities for improvement in company culture and values.
• Monitor and execute initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Create frameworks to promote a positive work culture and increased engagement.
• Measure effectiveness of programs through data analysis and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on culture and engagement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Min of 3 years in corporate retail F&B, FMCG, or a big startup environment.
• Experience in event management and involvement in company culture and engagement projects.
• Good organisation skills and ability to manage projects independently.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and speaking.
