Detail posisi

The Marketing Staff will assist in sales and marketing activities, collaborate with various teams, and handle customer claims and complaints.

Kewajiban

• Assist in handling sales & marketing activities such as follow up order, prepare quotations, input order to SAP-system, arrange shipment with vendor, until delivery goods
• Work together with Factory Team to monitor production stock
• Collaborate with Production, PPIC, Logistic Vendor for PO fulfillment
• Prepare shipping document for each order received, with related party
• Monitoring payment, and collect Account Receivable due from the Terms of Payments
• Monitoring shipment with vendor to make delivery as smooth as possible.
• Handle customer's claim and complain
• Partner with various functions to achieve targets, including engineering, pricing, production, operations, supply chain, shipment, warehousing, etc

Kualifikasi

• Have minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Have at least 2 years’ experience as Marketing for export product will be an advantages
• Understands with Export Requirements, regulation and documentation (custom clearance, BL, etc) will be an advantages
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Understand to operate SAP-system
• Have good English skills (oral and written)
• Attention to detail and multitasking
• Can join immediately
