The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for talent management, learning & development, IDP & career path, and assessment center.
Kewajiban
• Lead the OPR cycle in KH Indonesia and ensure program implementation as per timeline.
• Develop strategy on development program monitoring and the OPR follow up progress reviewed through talent journey activities.
• Supervise the implementation of annual training program and training calendar, provide data & insights for training plan.
• Regular evaluation on training effectiveness and improvement.
• Responsible for Leadership & Culture training program implementation.
• Develop strategy & plan to improve career management tools.
Kualifikasi
• Talent Management experience.
• Experience in developing training programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop career path & framework development for related functions.
• Experience in assessment center effectiveness.
