Kredivo Group is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Collection Strategy Head in our Jakarta office.

Kewajiban

• Continuously evaluating the performance of existing Collection strategies.
• Identify and raise any potential risks to key internal stakeholders along with solutions to mitigate them.
• Identify and prioritize areas for improvement (including process automation), and initiate change where required.
• Build, test & implement collection strategy function based on the insight (processes, knowledge base, reporting).
• Work collaboratively with related internal and external parties to drive the required changes and improvements.
• Lead improvement project (Collection system manager, Dialer, Payment Channel, Comms)
• Manage Collection Budget, Cost, Caplan, and forecasting.
• Keeping Abreast with the latest technology & developments in the Industry & implementing/experimenting with new tech in collections.
• Lead a team of Analyst to assign tasks and monitor their working.

Kualifikasi

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking / Financial / with Collection exposure.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
• SQL skill is preferable.
• Ability to build and derive insights from quantitative reports.
• Strong analytical, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with credit risk management and business intelligence is an advantage.
