The Business Process Expert will be responsible for conducting business process mapping, designing work programs for BPM projects, managing audit schedules, improving company processes, and overseeing reengineering projects.

Kewajiban

• Conduct business process mapping planning and evaluation
• Designing annual work programs for BPM projects and coordinating with internal and external parties
• Manage internal and external business process audit schedule
• Continuously improve company business process to achieve efficiency
• Manage company-wide business process reengineering project

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering or Science
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in business process reengineering, project management or operation improvement
• PMP-certified is preferable
• Good business acumen, stakeholder management and industry insight
