The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for deep analytics on customer behavior, collaborating with stakeholders, designing and creating dashboards/reports, analyzing data trends, and evaluating strategies.
Kewajiban
• Deep analytics on customer behavior to give strategic insights for businesses to make decision
• Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately understand their business intelligence requirement Develop reporting tools and dashboards
• Design and create dashboards/reports using various data
• Analyst data for trends and patterns, then produce and surface insights to key stakeholders
• Coordinate with each of departments to design and implement new dashboards, and/or produce deep-dive analysis that will produce business impact
• Researching, developing and implementing data-gathering methods
Kualifikasi
• At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science/information science, statistics, mathematics, and other related fields
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analyst field
• Proven experience with programming for data analysis (SQL, Tableau, Python, & R)
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Business Intelligence using Metabase & Tableau
• Excellent analytical skills topped with strong communication and presentation capabilities in order to share recommendations
