Manager, Merchandising - Health, Beauty & Wellness

Kewajiban

• Manage own category assortment and implementation to reach targeted budget
• Seek opportunities to differentiate own category
• Update market trends and customer feedback for product assortment improvements
• Understand store clustering and apply range programs accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional team for new product assortment and promotion campaigns
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to close performance gaps

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 5 years of Merchandiser experience in Retail, FMCG, or Dynamic Business
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
• Extensive experience in skin care products preferred
• Proficient in Excel, report preparation, and data analysis
• Strong skills in product range, trade planning, and new product development
