With the launching of our new cafe & teahouse, our love of Japanese x Indonesian will continue in our selection of fine teas, coffees and ingredients supplying our humble cafe and teahouse upstairs in our first Berawa location. As we expand further we will always focus on what brought us here; quality and locality.

Full-time on-site role for a Hostess Supervisor at Bokashi located in Pererenan.

Kewajiban

• Overseeing and managing the hostess team
• Ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Coordinating reservations and organizing seating arrangements
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills
• Working in a fast-paced environment

Kualifikasi

• Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and train a team
• Knowledge of reservation systems and restaurant operations
