The Aftersales Service Trainer & Controller is responsible for planning and conducting training for the technician team, evaluating performance, and assisting in talent acquisition in the automotive industry.
Kewajiban
• Planning training for technician team by identifying TNA, making training material, and then conducting training process in accordance with procedure
• Participating in developing, supervising, and implementation of standard operating procedures in the mechanic training area and its associated locations
• Planning, conducting, and evaluating technician performance after training session in order to know the effectiveness of training process
• Helping talent acquisition team to recruit technician accordance to our qualifications.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management
• Having a minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry
• Having a strong knowledge about automotive mechanical, specifically in two-wheelers
• Experience in developing training materials and also conducting in-class training with engaging and educative style to deliver training materials
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, good time management and excellence communication skills
