The Performance Marketing position involves planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns, managing paid advertising campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Kewajiban
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and Platform Advertisement.
• Making sure all website contents are updated and relevant to the business and marketing objectives.
• Develop and implement Google, META, & Tiktok advertisements, programmatic, and data analytic, also analyze and propose action or strategy based on data analytics.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic to websites and search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
• Utilize analytics tools to implement the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
• Provide weekly & monthly reports to the Digital Marketing Manager, highlighting key performance metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in digital media and performance marketing.
• Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns (display & search) and multiple partners/vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Well-versed with FB Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics, etc.
