Area Service Manager position requiring more than 5 years of service management experience, with a focus on customer service strategies and team building.
Kewajiban
• Serving East Indonesian customer service work, developing customer service strategies, and maintaining KOL relationships.
• Monitor and improve the management status of some service distributors in East Indonesia to ensure service efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
• Plan and build East Indonesia service management system, formulate local service strategy according to regional business status and market differences.
• Ensure East Indonesia team configuration to meet business needs, train key staff, build talent pool and create a positive team atmosphere.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external collaborative departments, coordinate resources and promote each other to ensure maximum overall business efficiency.
Kualifikasi
• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics and biomedical engineering related is preferred.
• Experience: more than 5 years service management experience.
• Knowledge and skills: insight into customer needs, strong business sensitivity, good English communication and coordination skills, successful experience in business planning and team building.
• Product background: Priority IVD products background.
