Detail posisi

Field Service Engineer position requiring a degree in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field, with 5 years of experience handling Ultrasound products.

Kewajiban

• Provide services including installation, troubleshooting, etc. as per customer’s request.
• Handle and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner.
• Ensure customer’s satisfaction.
• Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc.
• Collaborate with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects.

Kualifikasi

• Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
• 5 years working experience as Field Service Engineer, handling Ultrasound products.
• English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
• Based in Jakarta.
