Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant HR Manager in Indonesia who is eager to contribute to the growth of our business and aspiring to join a leading global F&B player.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support the expansion of Dairy Queen stores in Indonesia.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of food and non-food items.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize warehousing and distribution processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including store managers, operations teams, and finance departments, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
