Detail posisi

The HR OD Superintendent is responsible for analyzing business structures, processes, and resources to deliver suitable organization structure and manpower planning, as well as optimizing personnel utilization and employee potential.

Kewajiban

• Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
• Delivering suitable and effective organization structure and manpower planning, restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives to meet company goals.
• Delivering improvements for business processes, recommendation of efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet business challenges and mitigate business risks from Organization strategy, adhering to organizational culture and values.
• Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
• Optimizing the potential of employees and helping them increase their contribution to the progress of the organization
• Aligning employee's behavior with the organization's strategy, structure, processes and goals
• Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials with People Development
• Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
• Assessing problems within the organization and then intervening to create positive change
• Helping promote organizational values in the form of activity plans and programs.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree, especially from Management / Industrial Engineering / Psychology, Master degree would be an advantage
• At least 8 years working experience with minimum 5 years in OD is required for this position
• Excellent on analytical thinking, administrative skill and handling change management situation
• Good interpersonal and manners
• Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentations) as well as listening and interpretation skills
• Advanced aptitude in Microsoft & Google suite
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment
• Willing to travel to site
