The Business Transformation Lead, Supply Planning will co-create the Global blueprint of the new planning solution (o9) across E2E planning, implement the new solution within AMEA region and institutionalize the sustainment plan to secure adoption.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for supply planning functional area blueprint and functional design & implementation/Working in testing and processes validation
• Act as Key Subject Matter Expert for MPS/MRP/DRP/TLB and facilitate discussions with Key Users
• Manage the implementation support in the Regions through Regional/BU Key Users
• Document Functional requirements / participate in fit gap analyses
• Create functional/integration test scenarios
• Identify and validate Master data where required

Kualifikasi

• MDLZ AMEA Multi-market experience is essential
• Deep expertise in Planning especially E2E supply network planning (10+ years of experience)
• Background on IT processes and systems (3+ years of experience)
• Ability to think 'outside the box' and introduce new possibilities.
• Ability to envision future ready operating model in line to 2030 vision
