The Claim Surveyor (Motor) conducts surveys, monitors incoming claims, confirms Own Risk, and uploads photos.

Kewajiban

• Conduct Survey based on assignment from coordinator through eSurvey, exclude special case
• Monitor the incoming claim in Merimen to be followed up
• Confirm the number of Own Risk to be applied to customer
• Upload Photo to Merimen by eSurvey or Manual Survey

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Required languages: English
• Minimum 1 year working experience as Claim Surveyor for Motor or equivalent
• Experienced using Merimen system
• Familiar with Ms. Office, especially in Ms. Excel & Ms. Power Point
