Detail posisi

The Legal Officer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, providing legal advice, building relationships with stakeholders, preparing agreements, managing permits, and handling ad-hoc legal work.

Kewajiban

• Design, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice and to resolve any business issues and legal risks
• Building strong working relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally
• Preparation of agreements required by the company to resolve legal issues, both internal and external
• Preparation all document to ensure all company permits are valid
• Manage and monitor the permits required by the company Ad-hoc legal work and special projects may be assigned to this position

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
• Have a minimum 3 years work experience in the same field, preferably in Tbk. company
• Mastering all fields of law, having good enthusiast work ethic
• Good Communication Skill. Excellent English with oral and written
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
