The Human Resources Manager will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Kewajiban
• Organize annual manpower planning and the company's recruitment process per company policies and procedures.
• Provide strategic human resource leadership to executive management and the operations' human resources functions.
• Develop and refine the rewards management system, including pay structure and benefits, ensuring competitiveness and fairness in compensation practices.
• Encourage transformation across the entire organization.
• Lead HR team member(s) to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and business strategy.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Oversee the general affairs function to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management or related field with a 3.0 and above GPA from a reputable university
• Have a minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager or Human Resources Business Partner, preferably in an FMCG company or start-up company
• Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on HRBP responsibilities is preferred
• Have solid knowledge of all pillars of Human Resources, with a focus on Total Rewards and/or Organizational Development
• Result-driven, people-oriented, have strong communication skills and deep business acumen
• Willing to work at Kedoya, Jakarta Barat. Ready to strive and build a legacy!
