The Technical Sales Manager (Steel Structure) is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customers in Indonesia market.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for sales projects in the region of local market.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities.
• Ability to execute highly complex or specialised projects, adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
• Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers, assess customer needs, and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with customers and business/channel partners to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Kualifikasi
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience in structural steel building material products, steel fabrication or construction industry (Structural Steel Construction).
• Strong in Sales Professional, Sales Process and thorough understand of local markets.
• Strong networking in structural steel or construction industry and connection with Architects / Engineers & Consultants.
• Having basic technical knowledge on steel building design, codes and requirements.
