Detail posisi

Legal Manager position requiring Bachelor's Degree in Law and 5 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of Indonesian Laws and real estate operations.

Kewajiban

• Coordinate with Government Agencies, Notaries and Law Enforcement
• Conduct legal research, due diligence, and provide legal opinions
• Plan, implement, analyze, monitor and evaluate operation of internal and external legality
• Prepare and apply permits related to construction projects
• Provide full spectrum of in-house legal advice and manage external agreements
• Resolve conflicts, disputes, and provide legal advice

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Law
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, especially in property developer
• Strong written and communication skills in English
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in real estate operations, regulatory requirements, permits, and licensing
• Highly motivated, high attention to detail, able to prioritize demands under tight deadlines
