Assistant HR Manager - Compensation & Benefit position at Bangbor, Samutprakarn
Kewajiban
• Responsible for Compensation & Benefit.
• Ensure wages, personal income tax, social security fund and provident fund.
• Key in new employees data into internal database.
• Give knowledge and promote related Co. rule & regulation, health insurance, taxes, social security fund and provident fund.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
• Internal communication concern with GA issues to all employees, Public board arrangement and information sharing.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related field.
• At least 7 years experiences in Human Resource functions in Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing fields.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefit.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
