This is a full-time Talesales agent position reporting to the Sales Manager at Master. The Talesales agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, developing relationships with customers, and achieving sales goals. The agent will also be expected to communicate sales strategies, product information, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
โข Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
โข Answer customer inquiries regarding Talesales services.
โข Provide customers with detailed product information, pricing, and availability.
โข Process sales transactions, including payments, returns, and exchanges.
โข Maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
โข Maintain product displays and shelves in store.
โข Assist customers in locating specific items in store.
โข Keep up to date with Talesales product knowledge and promotions.
โข Participate in in-store promotional and marketing activities.
โข Adhere to all Talesales policies and procedures.
โข Knowledge of Master's products and services
โข Proven track record of successful sales
โข Ability to build strong relationships with clients
โข Excellent communication and negotiation skills
โข Proficient computer skills, including CRM software
