About this position

Join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer, where you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates. Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the primary contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns. This is a great opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills and ensure client satisfaction in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate quotations for spare parts, service maintenance, and service contracts for existing and potential customers.
• Efficiently manage warranty claims and coordinate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Check delivery dates and take action to meet client promises and deadlines.
• Identify required parts with the support of service technicians and place orders with suppliers.
• Record customer inquiries and leads in CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and following up weekly.
• Consult with technical service team to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and secure orders.
• Implement strategies to increase customer service sales and engagement.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
• Utilize knowledge of customer service and sales within industrial or technical sectors to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the industrial or technical sectors.
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP, and CRM platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Thai is highly desirable.
• Understanding the various incoterm and logistic process according to the flow of goods. Or Knowledge in foreign trade and commercial terms (payment terms and incoterms
