Sales Representative
About this position
Company: DEF-TESNO (PVT) (LTD) sri lanka.
We are looking for a passionate and results driven Sales Representative to join with our team at DEF-TESNO (PVT) (LTD) in Thailand. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the continued success of our brand in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Report current trends in the country. (Political, social, cultural, peoples behaviour & expectations)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Present, promote, and sell our products to new and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the marketing and management teams to ensure alignment and success.
Requirements :
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of cosmetics.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency of english and thai.
- deep knowledge of thai culture & various trends running in the country.
- stakeholder management skills.
- deep knowledge of tourism, Pharmacy and supermarket chains of the country

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or related qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region to meet clients and attend industry events.
