Posisi HSE Team Leader - Proyek Hauling

Kewajiban

• Membuat dan mengimplementasikan serta mereview program HSE
• Bertanggung jawab dalam aspek safety yang terencana dan tidak terencana dalam aktivitas hauling
• Membuat HSE report dan IBPR
• Menerapkan tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan dari customer complain dalam aspek safety
• Melakukan investigasi kecelakaan yang terjadi di jalan
• Melaksanakan program training kepada driver di setiap customer
• Membuat laporan bulanan rutin dan tepat waktu
• Memimpin tim safety crew dalam implementasi program safety
• Melaksanakan tugas dari atasan, diluar tugas utama untuk kepentingan dan kemajuan perusahaan
• Turut serta melaksanakan Sistem Manajemen ISO 45001 di dalam keseluruhan prosedur kerja di Perusahaan
• Turut serta menjaga kesehatan dan keselamatan di lingkungan pekerjaan dengan memakai Alat Pelindung Diri ketika bekerja di lapangan

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3 diutamakan dari teknik lingkungan
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai HSE di bidang Transportasi-Logistik/ Pertambangan/ Minyak & Gas / Hauling Forestry
• Lebih diutamakan memiliki sertifikas AK3 Umum
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
• Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim
• Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Site Perbatasan Penajam Paser, Kalimantan Timur
