The Senior Manager, Manufacturing Excellence is responsible for driving strategic decisions, overseeing best-in-class manufacturing operations, ensuring customer centricity, and achieving financial results.

• Drive strategic & tactical decisions for the production units and align resources to deliver key functional objectives in alignment with PPT strategic goals.
• Oversee and create best-in-class jewelry production operations, maintain high standards of operations and adopt of best-practices to ensure consistency across production units.
• Strive to deliver the best of PANDORA, innovate & adopt new manufacturing techniques and stay true to design objectives.
• Ensure overall performance in cost, quality, service, resilience, agility and sustainability.
• Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take accountability and ensure effective collaboration with all functions.
• Improve and sustain eNPS to be within the top quartile.
Kualifikasi
• Develop and execute a comprehensive plant strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify areas for E2E process within manufacturing operations through data analysis, benchmarking, and performance metrics to support strategic initiative.
• Collaborate with related stakeholder to new disruptive approach in order to enhance operation efficiency and result in overall plant optimization including in people, cost, quality, service, resilience, agility and sustainability.
• Collaborate with I&PD, C&SQ, Supply chain, and Plant operation teams to align manufacturing processes with product design and demand forecasts.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the performance of manufacturing operations.
