Digital Strategist become the digital mastermind for Paragon’s brand.

Kewajiban

• Develop cross-platform digital strategies aligned with business goals
• Create breakthrough creative concept for digital content/activities
• Collaborate with teams to define digital marketing goals and target audience across multiple platforms
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to derive actionable insights
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across various channels
• Enhance website content and user experience for improved performance
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative ideas to drive success.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in related field
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align digital strategies with business goals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creativity and innovative mindset for developing impactful digital campaigns
• Proficiency in using analytics tools for data analysis and campaign performance measurement
• Strong project management skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced digital landscape.
