Detail posisi

Responsible for overseeing quality control of prices, promotions, and visuals on the marketplace, as well as ensuring security of marketplace accounts.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for QC (Quality Control) of all prices, promotions, and visuals visible on the marketplace.
• Responsible for the security of all marketplace accounts.
• Conduct regular evaluations and analysis of the results of sanity checks across all marketplaces.
• Develop new work proposals for the store operation team & store controller team based on marketplace evaluation results.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum D3 or S1 degree, preferably in Management, Business, Communication, or Marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of distributor relationships and principles.
• Understanding of basic concepts related to marketplaces.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, key account management, and marketplace Quality Control is preferred.
