• Attend to guest requests promptly and correctly
• Provide speedy, accurate, and efficient telephone and message service
• Coordinate communication between departments
• Assist in implementing Touches of Hyatt and Rooms Top 20

Kualifikasi

• Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5-star International Hotel Chain
• Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
• Strong leadership and business acumen
• Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset, and people management & development skills
