Ensures implementation of brand standards, handles guest enquiries, and coordinates communication between departments.
Kewajiban
• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to superior if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
• Ensure all guests' emails, messages, mail, faxes, and parcels are handled and distributed promptly
• Attend to all guest requests and requirements promptly and correctly
• Provide speedy, accurate, and efficient telephone and message service at all times
• Coordinate communication between departments for smooth and efficient interactions
• Assist in implementing Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20
Kualifikasi
• Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5-star International Hotel Chain
• Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
• Strong leadership and business acumen
• Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset, and people management & development skills
